If you’ve had experience of dealing with other marketing or design agencies you may have witnessed ’agency speak’; some of the jargon we hear still astounds us now. The big ones typically have various account managers who charge you for passing on your information, and then there’s the hot shots who wow you on the pitch, never to be seen again until the client review. Coming from much larger agencies when we started Fireworx, we decided to do things a little differently.
We don’t just say yes to every client request without thinking it through, but we know what it means when you want it done today. And as we’re not based in London we don’t cost the same as those big agency names, even though we produce work with some of the UK’s leading businesses.
